WHO WE ARE
The Cliff’s 3rd Chance House, Inc. (C3CH) assist patrons with supportive housing and other community continuum of care. Our focus is primarily on human development and relapse prevention incorporating therapeutic interventions and wellness recovery. We help un-housed veterans and ex-offenders who are being released from mental health, substance use rehabilitation, correctional facilities, and accountability courts. C3CH believes in providing a stable, structured housing environment that will allow people to thrive, heal, and be restored to full productivity within the community. Supportive housing or long-term sober living facilities are proven to substantially increase the chances of long-term sobriety, reduce recidivism, increase family reunification, and decrease costs on health care and lost wages. We assist with the opportunity to transform lives so that you can move forward in society. We want to restore hope as well as acquire life-skills for continued success and independence.
