Cliff's 3rd Chance House, Inc. (C3CH) is a non-profit organization that consists of a team who knows their strength lies not only in the words we stand by but the action of our initiatives. We realize that by working together, we could help the un-housed  veterans and ex-offenders overcome their challenges more effectively.  That's why we passionately launched C3CH.  The basic requirements for admission are (1) must be a veteran; (2) must be 50+ years of age; (3) have personal experience with alcohol and/or drug use (substance use disorder); (4) be committed to recovery to re-entry from being released from mental health facility, substance abuse rehabilitation and correctional institutions; and (5) agree to stay at C3CH transitional housing for at least 90 days up to 24 months ,
